    We’re supporting a growing startup who is passionate about finding Sterile Processing Technician and Travel Nurse talent for healthcare organizations within Chicago area and across the U.S..

    • We are looking for an upbeat, self-starter, problem solver who can research using technology and networks to identify problems and the people who are having them within healthcare organizations. Is this you?
    • We are looking for this individual to have excellent verbal and written communication skills because you will be working closely with hiring managers and C-level executives. You may also deliver presentations from time-to-time so Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Keynote experience is a must. Is this you?
    • We are looking for someone who is focused, competitive, and resilient. Because this is a sales role, many times people will tell you NO or Slam Doors or Hang Up Phones. We need someone who can look beyond that and focus on helping the customer solve their problems through hiring - even if they don't see they need the help right now.

    A Day In The Life of This Role:

    • Research and find acute care facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities who are in need of temporary and permanent Sterile Processing Technician talent, nurse talent, and other healthcare talent.
    • Stay abreast of market and competitor offerings (pricing, service, new line of business, servicing techniques, etc.) to gain market share and to achieve sales objectives.
    • Prospect and close new opportunities with new and established customers in the healthcare industry and develop new leads and accounts (proposal development, meetings, and presentations).
    • Develop and enhance customer relationships, before, during and after the conclusion of sales agreements.
    • Respond to existing sales leads and identify and quantify new leads and prospects with a view to developing a pipeline of potential opportunities.
    • Achieve sales revenue and gross profit goals by meeting/exceeding KPI’s.
    • Follow-up regularly with decision makers to generate new business opportunities. Maintain existing client relationships to promote continued business.
    • Negotiate client bill rates and follow-up on open orders on a weekly basis.
    • Communicate the client's goals, project requirements, and represent the client's interests to the team to ensure client expectations are met and being managed.
    • Maintain accurate client contact information. Utilize the Company’s database to document all sales activities.
    • Sell candidate profiles to the client; highlight qualifications to attract client’s interest in scheduling an interview
    • Ensure clients are regularly informed of project status and maintain clear communication with clients to ensure client needs are met and any issues are resolved.
    • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

    What We Prefer:

    • 3+ years’ experience identifying and developing new market/business opportunities and client relationships with a successful track record in business development/sales-driven environments.
    • 2+ years of experience in hospital sales, medical sales, or healthcare account management (Medical/healthcare Recruiting or Staffing Sales is a MAJOR BONUS)
    • 1+ years’ outside/inside sales experience (staffing industry – preferred)
    • Must be able to quickly react to potentially critical situations and have strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Able to recognize buying signals, can effectively negotiate and close the sale.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate clearly and professionally across a broad corporate landscape
    • Demonstrate proficiency in using MS Office suite, and various CRMs (working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Crelate) is a BONUS).
    • Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and able to efficiently prioritize, use time efficiently and handle multiple tasks.
    • Self-motivating, high energy individual who can work under pressure while managing competing demands and changing priorities.
    • Ability to travel (when needed).
