    Pay: $15.00/hr (with performance based increase in 90-days)

    Hi! We're looking for a super sharp Administrative Assistant to work in small tech startup in Los Angeles, CA (Culver City area). You will be supporting a thriving, energetic Anime & Music loving CEO. You will be the first hire and will be juggling many tasks like:

    • Greeting guests appropriately
    • Scheduling appointments and managing an executive calendar
    • Making travel arrangements (domestic and international)
    • Help with planning online and in-person events
    • Personal shopping, dry cleaners, scheduling cleaning
    • Creating spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, and more
    • Ordering company swag
    • Helping with the onboarding of all new staff
    • Working with clients with the highest of quality
    • Working with in-office and virtual staff
    • Travel domestically and internationally (stipend + hotel paid as well as some transportation)

    You MUST:

    • Be SUPER computer savvy (Mac's, PCs, Slack, Google Drive, iPhone, all social media networks, Salesforce, and more and more and more tech)
    • Have a super upbeat personality and have a great phone voice.
    • Must have an active passport (or are capable of getting one in the next month)
    • Be able to juggle a ton of things at one time.
    • Have Very positive energy.
    • Be super creative online and in person.
    • Be coachable and know how to follow instructions however intuitive enough to think ahead.

    It would be a bonus if you:

    • Have some event planning experience would be nice.
    • Have some bookkeeping experience
    • Love music, travel, working out, and Anime :-)
    • Open to Part-Time with part time hours - 20-24 hours per week or Full-Time salary for the right person.

    Location: Working on-site in small startup office with some flexibility to work remotely.
