Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, performance-driven Recruiter with experience in clinical nursing, CNAs, IT Technical, cyber security, sales, or marketing recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and interviewing top talent for our open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess fit and qualifications for open positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Track and measure recruitment performance and continuously strive to improve.
• Collaborate with the hiring team to understand the needs and qualifications of each role.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the recruitment and staffing industry.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruiter in clinical nursing, CNAs, IT Technical, cyber security, sales, or marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to track and measure performance and continuously strive for improvement.
• Passion for impacting lives, making money, and winning.
• Familiarity with online recruitment tools and technologies.
