    We’re supporting a growing startup who is passionate about finding Sterile Processing and Nurse talent for healthcare organizations in the Chicago area and across the U.S.

    We are searching for an upbeat self-starter healthcare recruiter preferably with experience placing contract, permanent staff and/or temp to hire healthcare professionals in a growing and ever-changing industry. This position is based in our office in North Chicago, IL (with some potential remote flexibility).

    What You Will Be Doing:

    This role has a combination of recruiting responsibilities including cold calling, candidate sourcing, candidate management, as well as maintaining and exceeding revenue goals and expectations:

    • Find, build relationships with, interview, screen, and deliver the best pipeline of Sterile Processing Technician candidates to our clients.
    • Cold call Sterile Processing Technicians from licensure lists and database archives.
    • Attract Sterile Processing Technicians through various sourcing methods including social media and email marketing.
    • Manage recruiting process from initial qualifying conversations to closing.
    • Credential and qualify Sterile Processing Technicians prior to placement.
    • Continuously renew Sterile Processing Technicians pipelines.
    • Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.
    • Participate in intake calls and work to resolve client issues as they arise. Maintain a "can do" attitude.
    • Use system reports to track your weekly progress on goal completion and identify bottlenecks in your process.
    • Attain and uphold predetermined revenue goals.
    • Master the intricacies of an applicant tracking system (Loxo), working closely with our Recruiting Coach on training initiatives.

    What You Need To Qualify For This Role:

    • A minimum of one-year previous staffing industry and or healthcare recruiting experience OR some inside/outside sale experience (recent college grads welcome)
    • Ability to make a high volume of phone calls on a consistent basis
    • Prior healthcare experience is preferred but not required
    • Must be familiar with using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - We use Crelate!
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools such as emails, search engines, social media, blogs job boards
    • You must be tech savvy and know how to find talent beyond just posting on the job boards.
    • You must possess a “can-do” attitude and be willing to hit the ground (and phones!) running!
    • Blessed with the gift of gab and able to start and end their day pounding the phones, leaving no candidate stone unturned.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
    • Problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal skills.
    • A positive person that is honest and acts with integrity.
