We are seeking a highly motivated Identity Engineer with a strong background in cybersecurity and identity management. While experience with Beyondtrust, CyberArk, SailPoint, Ping, or Delinea is preferred, we welcome candidates who possess a strong willingness and aptitude to learn these platforms and specialize in privileged access management (PAM).
Responsibilities
Learn and implement Beyondtrust, CyberArk, Ping, Delinea, or SailPoint solutions in accordance with client requirements
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot identity and PAM solutions and integrate them with existing infrastructure
Provide security oversight and ensure that PAM systems align with industry best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support identity and access management initiatives
Take ownership of learning platform-specific capabilities and grow expertise in the identity and access management space
Qualifications
Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph or Full Scope Polygraph
Bachelor's degree in a related field or at least 6 years of related work experience
4+ years of working experience with strong understanding of security concepts and protocols (LDAP, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth)
Administrative-level experience with Windows, Linux, and databases (SQL/Oracle)
Ability to quickly learn new security technologies including Beyondtrust, CyberArk, Ping, Delinea, or SailPoint
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to navigate complex technical environments
Experience with PAM or identity management solutions preferred
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible) a plus
Excellent communication, problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
Familiarity with government environments is a plus

$184,500 per year.
