     This is a part-time, entry level position We are in immediate need of inside sales professionals who are motivated by success, like to have fun and have proven track records of phone sales and appointment setting. You must be comfortable making a heavy volume of calls per day to generate sales opportunities for our team. If you’re driven to achieve success, love developing relationships with clients over the phone, have a strong work ethic and have a desire to control your income, then please apply! Responsibilities: Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the customer base served by our team to expand our sales results Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Provide up-to-date information regarding customers and where they are in the sales process so that our team can act quickly and efficiently Qualifications: Develops rapport with clients and is easily able to build relationships to develop new sales opportunities Ability to use or quickly learn CRM and marketing/lead technologies You are a natural organizer, everything in it's place and your time management skills are spot on Extremely strong phone skills: Ability to set and close appointments over the phone Eager to find best possible solution with a positive attitude Compensation: $12 - $15 hourly
