About the Role:

VRSS Enterprise Inc is looking for a driven and dynamic General Sales Manager to lead operations at our Iflex Stretch Studios location in Marietta, GA. This is an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for wellness and fitness with your sales leadership expertise in a fast-growing, client-focused studio environment. Responsibilities:

Drive membership sales and revenue growth through proactive outreach, lead follow-up, and in-studio conversions

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and front desk team

Oversee daily studio operations to ensure an exceptional member experience

Manage and track KPIs, sales metrics, and membership retention rates

Develop and execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives

Handle member concerns, escalations, and relationship management

Collaborate with ownership to set sales targets and strategic growth plans

Requirements:

2+ years of sales management experience, preferably in fitness, wellness, or a membership-based business

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals

Strong leadership skills with experience hiring, training, and motivating staff

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

Proficiency with CRM or studio management software (e.g., Zenoti or similar)

Passion for health, wellness, and helping clients achieve their goals

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed
