Would you like to teach in a setting where you can improve students' learning, promote their resilience and confidence, and make a genuine difference? Ignite Achievement Academy is a private, accredited school serving students in grades K-12 with special needs and learning differences.

As a classroom teacher, you will deliver instruction to each child in the classroom in alignment with their instructional plan. Each classroom consists of approximately six students who receive a mixture of whole-group instruction and small-group instruction based on their unique learning needs. A teaching assistant assists the teacher throughout the day with differentiated instruction and one-on-one student support. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with your peers as well as with the student's family.

Our teachers rarely need to take work home, and our culture is different than any other school you've likely worked with in the past!
