RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate information retrieved from loan applications
• Work closley    with Loan Officers and Underwriters following meetings with potential clients
• Research project costs listed on loan applications
• Conduct risk assessments on potential clients based on credit rating and other factors
• Request additional information from Loan Officers and upper management when needed
• Prepare risk assessment reports that contribute to lending decisions
