Commercial Wholesale/Retail Mortgage Loan Originator
· Must have State Licensing credentials. Looking for the following states: • Washington (Seattle and surrounding) • Oregon (Portland and surrounding) • California (Sacramento and surrounding) • Pennsylvania (Horsham and surrounding) • New Jersey (Horsham and surrounding)
· Ideal Candidates: • Fix and flip and Single Rental Loan experience. • Ideal candidate is a seasoned top performer who has been displaced as a result of the covid crisis by Non-QM or our Investor space. • Candidates with an existing business partner customer base and investor contacts. • Self-starter, works remotely from home office, with strong drive for results • Strong presentation skills both in person and ZOOM and/or Webinar skills. ZOOM webinars is a must have requirement to perform the job • Flexible, loyal, team player, who has some grit to put in what it takes to win in a disruptive and changing environment • This is a hybrid position that puts more emphasis on “retail loan origination skills and activities” than “wholesale”. For example, Colby was a wholesaler, but 95% of his deals, he originates on behalf of his brokers. · Must be experienced in: • Non-QM • Hard Money • Fix and Flip • Single family rentals • Sr. Loan Origination skills • Founding Nationally · The right candidate would excel at: · All business is self-sourced, no leads are provided at this time; dedicated to a market area within FAM. -They will depend on their own book of business, network, and contacts to start. - They will build trust and leads from assigned FAM partners. - Call on, and build trust, with assigned FAM retail branch managers and loan officers in assigned territory. Become a strong partner, and highly visible partner, integrating with FAM retail branch network managers and loan officers - Partner with assigned FAM Wholesale AE’s to generate leads from their broker network. Coordinate and facilitate ZOOM calls from FAM Wholesale Broker network. - Source direct broker & referral business from business partners - Source direct origination business from Investors
· Qualifications: · Experience in the Commercial lending or Real Estate investment industry · NMLS licensing preferred · Strong sales, customer service, negotiation and problem-solving skills · High energy, strong work ethic · Superb organizational and time management skills to balance workload and meet deadlines · Strong computer software application (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce) and internet navigational skills Bachelor’s degree preferred
