Job Description
The Inside Sales team is the first human interaction with prospective customers and the company and a large revenue driver. The Inside Sales team is responsible for converting leads into new accounts. Our Marketing team currently engages thousands of leads every month through various activities (e.g. email, webinars, live events, and partnerships), and leads are assigned to the sales team based on their level of engagement. In this role, you will be working with leads that have shown some interest but have not yet requested a demo or product trial. This is an outbound sales motion, but we expect leads to be familiar with Ignition when we reach out. This is a high-velocity sales role, selling to SMBs in the accounting industry. The average sales cycle is ~2 weeks.
