Job Description

We are seeking an Operations Associate to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

    INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

• Optimized inventory allocation across various channels (ECOMM, Wholesale, NY, LA)
• Management of inventory transfer calculations and form creations across channels
• Management of supply health (packages, collaboration packages, shopping bags, temple covers, lens covers, etc.)

    PRODUCT MANAGEMENT

• Repair of products
• Maintain an up-to-date master file of all GM products, supplies, etc.
• Maintain up-to-date product lists on all software.
• Coordinate with stores to make sure specific displays are on the floor, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• ​Strong organizational skills
