ABOUT BEING AN INSIDER: 

As an Insider, we allow you the flexibility to get introduced to the world of real estate without all the commitment of existing structures. All you need is a mode of transportation, a smartphone, and a love of real estate data and information to get started. Simple as that.

Insiders specialize in providing excellent customer service to renters throughout their search for their new home. As an Insider, you'll open the door for prospective renters and work diligently to record information and data regarding the prospective renter's experience. This information provides useful feedback to the property owner, which allows us to provide suggestions and insights on filling that vacant home -- with your help, of course. 

We focus on creating a structure that allows you to think of your future in real estate. You'll create your own work schedule per week depending upon your availability and goals for the position. Once your schedule is set up, you will begin receiving notifications every time you are booked for a new appointment. You’ll be able to confirm with each renter you’re meeting and the average showing only takes about 15 minutes, with the ability to record the information and detail needed to fulfill your duty at the home.

After you accept an appointment and the renter confirms, you'll earn $15 per appointment for traveling to the property and recording meaningful feedback. This is a great opportunity for both folks looking to break into the real estate industry and long-time industry veterans alike. This role is an independent contractor position, providing autonomy and flexibility in your work-life. 

INSIDER REQUIREMENTS:

• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and insurance for travel to/from showings
• Background & driving record check (to be provided)
• Smartphone and some tech awareness to use our software as it changes
• Excellent customer service skills & punctuality
• Attention to detail and a desire to provide data collection, information and insights that provide value to renters and property owners

As an Insider, we are committed to making sure you are equipped with proper safety provisions and are following the practices of the CDC and top industry standards, inclusive of the following:

• All showings are required to be done by appointment only.  
• All attendees are required to wear masks.
• Attendees must confirm they nor anyone they have come in contact with in the past 10 days has tested positive or displayed symptoms of COVID-19.
