    ABOUT IKOS:

We're building a technology-enabled service to add transparency to the residential renting market. We're on a mission to match housing with community needs.

The Ikos Team is an enthusiastic, collaborative and hardworking group. We care deeply about diversity in many forms and are eager to connect with creative, unique, and smart individuals whose values and experiences reflect the communities we serve.

    OUR VALUES:

PROGRESS — We value PROGRESS over perfection. The incremental step towards a path forward takes priority over the perfect solution. In other words, we aim to improve all things we contribute to and interact with by 1% each day.

GROWTH — We value hunger for GROWTH. Each person precedes their opposition listed in Ikos. We value our teammates investing in themselves by any means necessary to gain vital elements to solve problems we once considered impossible.

LEARNING — We value LEARNING over the “right” answer. In our stage, a decision is often the selection of two (or multiple) tough choices. In this value, we acknowledge that in every choice the decision-maker has made, regardless of what we discover, we understand and truly believe that everyone did the best job they could given what they knew at the time, their skills and abilities, the resources available and the situation at hand.

CHANGE — We value uncomfortable (of course we mean safely/non-toxic here) CHANGE over status quo. We seek to inch closer to our mission and vision daily, the result is that we will have a different company every 6-12 months.
