Image 360 in Arlington is looking for a Full Time Graphic Designer/Producer to join their team. The role will see a combination of graphic design and running printers, and constructing signs. Responsibilities: • Design orders for clients to meet their specific requirements and needs • Produce proofs for clients • Balance multiple projects daily • Generate visuals for printing and/or cutting • File documents using the organization's cataloging system • Manage tight deadlines on rush orders • Prioritize jobs • Collaborate with other team members to share ideas for improvement • Stock and order vinyl, laminates, and substrates for shop inventory • Maintain the POS system by updating order statuses • Manage upkeep of printing and other equipment, including regular maintenance and cleaning • Follow safety protocols • Must be able to lift goods up to 60 pounds Qualifications: • 2 Years or more experience in the sign industry (production or design) • Ability to operate Printers (we have HP Latex Printers), Vinyl Cutters and Laminators and Laser Engraver, plus Dye Sublimation Printer/Heat Press • Working experience with Onyx Postershop or equivalent is a plus • Strong spelling, grammar, and math skills required • Strong attention to detail • Have a "Can Do, Results Driven" Attitude - meaning you realize that our success isn't in your design skills - but in getting the work out the door • Resourceful - meaning you look for ways to figure out problems This Job Is Ideal for someone who Is: • Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous • People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects • Adaptable/flexible -- enjoys doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction • Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture • Achievement-oriented -- enjoys taking on challenges, even if they might fail • Autonomous/Independent -- enjoys working with little direction • Innovative -- prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity • High-stress tolerance -- thrives in a high-pressure environment Compensation: $19 - $23 hourly
