    Job Description

    The HR Business Partner will report to the HR Manager and be involved in the development and implementation of strategic HR programs in partnership with the plant leadership. This role will partner with leadership and the HR Manager in the following areas: performance management, employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, engagement, supervisory coaching, change management, and other ad hoc HR projects. The role has oversight for all site Human Resources administrative processes and payroll. They will ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures and compliance with all laws/statutes regulating the employment relationship.

    Responsibilities

    · Responsible for delivering high-quality HR service and supporting a broad range of HR responsibilities

    · This role partners with all levels of employees, primarily supervisors and individual contributors, to help enhance the employee experience and support the business strategy through HR activities

    · Execute change readiness activities to prepare for future challenges

    · Reprioritize actions for immediate implementation of ad-hoc topics or assignments

    · Execute existing and new HR solutions and capabilities

    · Help achieve financial goals by executing lifecycle people solutions

    · Partner on hiring and development and advancement of team members; this includes working with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition to fill open positions, onboard new hires and build strong internal and external pipelines

    · Support change management efforts, nurture our culture and create unique team member experiences

    · Take a proactive approach to Employee Relations, and make recommendations by providing guidance, interpreting policy and issue resolution

    · 4+ years in progressive HR with heavy hourly employee populations

    · Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required

    · Professional certification strongly preferred

    · Comprehensive skills in current Microsoft Office software.

    · Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

    Additional Information

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $80,000 to $90,000 + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. (Full-time is defined as regularly working 30+ hours per week.)
