    We are seeking a service-friendly, detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a prompt and courteous manner. Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone. • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide appropriate solutions in a timely fashion. • Maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer needs. • Pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy in processing orders, handling transactions, and documenting customer interactions. • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and contribute to a positive work environment. • Identify opportunities for improvement in service processes and procedures, and make recommendations for enhancements. Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service is required, preferably in the graphics and signage industry. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. • A genuine passion for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Compensation: $17 - $24 hourly
