    We are currently seeking an inside/outside sales representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. Responsibilities: • Prospect and qualify leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media platforms • Conduct in-person meetings with prospects to understand their signage and graphics requirements • Perform on-site assessments/site surveys to provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs . • Present product offerings and solutions to potential clients, emphasizing the value proposition of our products and services • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to generate leads and promote company visibility • Coordinate with internal teams, including design, production, and installation, to ensure seamless execution of projects • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth Qualifications: • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing your team’s goals • High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred • A minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience, preferably in signage and graphics Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
