    Job Description

    SUMMARY

    ImageWorks Display is seeking an Associate Program Manager to assist the Program Management Team and Sales Associates with the administration of programs/projects, troubleshooting and customer service. The person in this position is also responsible for coordinating the efforts of internal and external resources to insure that programs and orders are delivered timely and within budget.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    · Customer Account Management that includes troubleshooting, managing programs, taking orders, updating spreadsheets, managing shipping and invoicing documents.

    · Review program and customer requests to identify actions necessary to meet requirements.

    · Coordinate and communicate with all internal resources; design, engineering, prototyping and production, from program/project inception through all approval processes.

    · Obtain estimates, prepare quotations and coordinate shipping schedules as required.

    · Work with internal and external sources on purchasing requirements and planning.

    · Monitor production to ensure quality standards and delivery schedules are met.

    · Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

     

    MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

    · Intermediate proficiency level with computer programs including Word, Excel and Outlook.

    · Ability to interpret reports; comprehend and navigate various computer programs common to ImageWorks.

    · Solid knowledge of all aspects of materials and manufacturing processes common to the Point of Purchase Industry, Bill of Materials and in-depth knowledge of the Fixture Group offerings.

    · Strong interpersonal skills; verbal and written communications.

    · Ability to travel and be on site for training and to monitor and ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.

    · Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests with direct reporting.

     

    MINIMUM EDUCATION:

    · Associates Degree

     

    PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    · Bachelors Degree in Project Management, Logistics, Inventory Management, Business or related field or

    · Experience in the Point of Purchase field.
