Job Description
We are seeking Healthcare Call Center Representatives to join our team in Tampa, FL. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls typically regarding claims and eligibility. The hours are approximately 11am - 8pm and shifts assigned based upon performance and seniority. Training periods range from one to two weeks depending upon the assignment.
Please note this is an in-office position and we are located on West Kennedy Blvd.
