FULL JOB DESCRIPTION: Help capture excitement at the Italian restaurant!

POSITION SUMMARY:  The photographer/sales associate is responsible for taking, processing and selling quality digital photos while delivering excellent customer service.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:     •    Listens to, understands, and anticipates customer needs.     •    Takes proactive steps to follow up on requests and ensures customer satisfaction.     •    Enhances the guest experience by delivering excellent customer service.     •    Responsible for site preparedness, stocking, cleaning and organization.     •    Responsible for adhering to the dress code and appearance guidelines.     •    Responsible for handling all equipment safely with care.     •    Responsible for following all company policies and procedures, including cash handling.     •    Responsible for image quality.     •    Configuring camera settings prior to shooting.

SKILL AND/OR KNOWLEDGE SPECIFICATIONS:     •    Excellent communication skills required.     •    Employees must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:     •    Customer sales and/or service experience in a retail or service industry is preferred.     •      Knowledge of photography is preferred, but we do provide basic training.
