Responsibilities:
Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of imaging equipment.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
Provide exceptional customer support and training for end-users.
Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance.
Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in imaging technology.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in field service or technical support for imaging equipment.
Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of imaging technologies and medical device regulations.
Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
