Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up calls to get purchase orders
• Must make over 200 plus calls per day.
• Be kind and courteous to your internal and external customers
• Learn and grow
• Stay up to date with changes in the market

Qualifications:

• Previous experience a must in sales, customer service,
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Communications skills via phone and email
• Computer Skills
