    We are a private plastic surgery practice specializing in surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures. The practice has two board certified plastic surgeons with over 25 years experience in cosmetic surgery.

    You will be on the front lines responsible for selling cosmetic treatments. You will be responsible to manage inbound leads and provide quotes to all new potential patients. Duties will include providing the status of leads and opportunities on a weekly basis to ensure response times and report on lead quality to the office manager. This position will also require working closely with the marketing team.

    Success in this role is measured by achieving and exceeding monthly sales goals and by staying ahead of weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics.

    Provide patient education, coordination, and scheduling for procedures and assist physicians and staff in coordinating patient care. Effectively manage inbound leads by working collaboratively with internal partners to drive revenue

    Responsibilities

    Reach out to new and potential clients to form relationships, assess needs, and provide pricing and sales pitches

    Maintain existing relationships with clients to make equipment recommendations and assist with issues

    Keep up with industry trends to understand the needs of our customers

    Qualifications

    Demonstrable sales experience desired

    Previous medical knowledge or understanding of basic medical concepts helpful

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Strongly self-motivated, and very goal oriented

    Strong organizational skills
