Licensing Coordinator IMG Licensing - Atlanta, GA 30301 Licensing Coordinator (Administrative Support) Atlanta, Georgia IMG Licensing is seeking a Licensing Coordinator to work on some of the most recognizable brands across industries including Fortnite, Hearst publications (Cosmopolitan and Esquire), Dylans Candy Bar and Chris-Craft. This position will assist in the product development lifecycle of said brands with focus in soft lines and apparel. The ideal candidate will exercise discretion and independent judgment, as well as the ability to interface and work with leadership, senior management and brand teams. Good research skills and the ability to effectively manage product approvals and development timelines, high-volume email workload, as well as scheduling of calls, meetings will be critical. Key Responsibilities: Develop a knowledge and understanding of licensees and product categories Coordination of licensing activities (approval processes, royalty reporting/tracking, licensee database management, new licensee on-boarding, and communications). Manage and maintain approvals platform (Client setup, licensee enrollment, product approvals) Maintain various database and spreadsheet files including licensee contact information, marketing support deliverables, contractual commitments Create and/or update sales presentation materials, product inspiration boards using Power Point Assist with execution of projects or specific stages of projects as assigned; track progress and results when necessary Support research activities and assist in recommendations of product development inspiration to support licensees Provide phone support; organize calls, listen and proactively set follow up Independently draft responses to general correspondence Assist with the planning and execution of special events, projects, meetings and conferences.
