About the Position: We are a fast-growing and dynamic company operating across multiple business sectors, including real estate and property management. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to manage and oversee the financial operations of our business activities. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial accounting and reporting for various business operations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Develop and monitor budgets, providing detailed financial projections and analysis.
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounting and financial management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
