    Job Description

    JOB DESCRIPTION-TITLE VP OF COMPLIANCE AND STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT

    Immersive Concepts is seeking a VP of Compliance and Strategic Development. The individual that fills this role will be a key component to the growth of the company. See the job description below: 

    DAILY OPERATIONS

    • Handle and resolve daily issues of Immersive Service Delivery Team members, customer requirements, and overall project/program development/care and maintenance
    • Oversees daily operations and adjust as necessary, ensuring the organization is consistently growing together in the same direction.
    • Lead operational efficiency initiatives and facilitate the sharing of process improvements and best practices for service delivery.
    • Create efficiencies/centralization within contract management/service delivery to ensure timely responses and effective tracking of current and future deliverables/requirements to partners, subs, primes and end customers.
    • Identify areas of opportunities for capital improvements across the organization, including opportunities to improve revenue, increase margin, reduce cost, and increase profitability throughout the organization all while improving efficiency.
    • Create initiatives to ensure all program performance aligns with the company’s core values and culture
    • Provide leadership to team members so they will take more initiative in their roles.   Create goals, strategies to improve performance not only on-site performance but financially as well.
    • Transition Management, planning, and execution of new awards.   Work with Immersive Sales Team to track, plan, and execute the transition.    Weekly reporting to the Executive Team.
    • Risk Management-tracking service delivery risks and reporting to the Immersive Executive Team.   Risk Mitigation plans developed and tracked on a weekly basis and reported to the Immersive Executive Team
    • Communication Plan development with current customers, team members, and relative stakeholders.   The plan will include site visits to meet with Team members, customers, and stakeholders.   This ensures there is a clear path of communication to Immersive HQ.   Risk management is easier to maintain with consistent communication lines direct with customers and team members.
    • Project/Program Burn rate tracking and reporting to ensure timely requests for funding on current contracts.   Work within Unanet to create alerts to all levels.  
    • Deliverable requirement tracking through SharePoint development.  Ensure required deliverables are tracked, prepared, and reviewed prior to submission.  Develop process and procedures for timely submittals along with peer reviews.

     

     

    TRAINING PROGRAMS-I.E. CERTIFICATION ALIGNMENT WITH NEW MANUFACTURERS

    • Develop and integrate staffing programs designed to attract and keep the highest caliber of talent while satisfying the needs of our clients.  I.E. Training Programs needed to obtain new manufacturing partnerships and keep the existing partnerships.  Develop Immersive team members to ensure preparation for new technologies.    
    • Cultivating and providing opportunities for rising talent within the organization.   Identifying talent and providing career/goal paths.  
    • Monitoring Employee Retention and how we can improve retention rates, especially with onsite contracts.
    • Work with Immersive Service Delivery employees and train them in the latest leadership and technical skills so they can better serve our clients and create efficiencies within existing programs and task orders.

     

    SALES AND GROWTH

    • Collaborate with our Executive Team on five- and ten-year plans for corporate growth and evolution and 8(a) Graduation planning
    • Collaborate with the Immersive Sales team with regards to potential growth on existing contracts and pipeline management to plan for transition management
    • Responsible for maintaining organic growth opportunities within existing contracts and customers.  
    • Development of new business through new and existing customers and verticals.
    • Developing and implementing strategies, procedures and business plans needed to enhance company growth not only on existing contracts but to plan for future work.
    • Assist in overall Sales Development to increase company growth.
