    Immersive Fusion (immersivefusion.com) is redefining the Application Performance Monitoring and Management (APM) space with a focus on 3D and VR in addition to conventional user experiences. Our flagship product, Immersive APM, serves engineers, architects, operations, and quality assurance personnel to troubleshoot, diagnose and improve their applications. We believe the power of ambient information, rapid feedback loops, and improved ergonomics will revolutionize the APM industry.

    This position leverages Inbound sales strategies. Inbound sales is a personalized, helpful, modern sales methodology. Inbound salespeople focus on their prospect's pain points, act as a trusted consultant, and adapt their sales process to the buyer journey. WHAT YOU WILL DO AND LEARN:

    • Grow your SaaS business development skills
    • Deepen the relationship with the prospect
    • Actively listen to their concerns
    • Express genuine interest in helping them solve their problems
    • Be able to turn qualified prospects into customers and brand advocates
    • Gain expertise of our product, the APM space, and related fields

    WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

    • CITIZEN OR PERMANENT RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES
    • 4+ years business development experience with at least 2 years selling B2B SaaS
    • Experience with CRM software. Zendesk Sell preferred
    • Highly motivated self-starter, eager to learn, willing to adapt quickly, and comfortable with the ambiguity and changing nature of a fast-moving technology company.
    • Basic knowledge of APM software and major industry players.
    • You are a persuasive communicator skilled in all forms of communication from written emails, to Zoom/Teams calls, to presenting to a decision-makers.

    COMPENSATION: Hourly/Contract + 15-20% customer contract

    PROFESSION: Sales/Business Development

    INBOUND SALES: You will be provided with qualified leads.

    AUDIENCE: SMB/Midmarket software development organizations using .NET.

    ROLE TYPE: Individual Contributor

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time (maximum 20 hours/week)
