DINO'S ALIVE AND VAN GOGH: THE IMMERSIVE EXPERIENCE - SEATTLE

OUR IDEAL GUEST SERVICES ASSOCIATE WILL HAVE AN ENTHUSIASTIC PERSONALITY AND EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NECESSARY TO PROVIDE VISITORS WITH A POSITIVE AND MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE. *This position is temporary, for the duration of the exhibition and reports to the General Manager. Pay for this position is hourly, at $20.00 per hour.

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-stress, ever-changing environment; Ability to work with a variety of personalities; Ability to listen to customer comments and respond is a professional and courteous manner. Work Conditions: Varied days, shifts, and hours; Environment is typically indoors; Very social and customer service-related; Standing and/or walking for long periods of time; Lifting and moving items weighing up to 30 lbs. Must be comfortable wearing a mask the entire duration of your shift and must be comfortable enforcing the mask policy. We are currently hiring for part-time with weekend availability. ACTIVITIES TO INCLUDE SOME OR ALL OF THE FOLLOWING:

  • Box office work
  • Merchandise assistant
  • VR assistant
  • Meet and greet
  • Answering guest queries
  • Adhering to, and monitoring guests’ adherence to, all Covid safety procedures
  • And any other duties which enhance the guest experience
  • The role will require standing and/or walking for much of the time
