    Mid-Level Immigration Associate Attorney (3+ Years) We are looking for an experienced (i.e., 3+ years of U.S. business immigration experience) attorney to join our team as a Business Immigration Attorney. We are small but innovative—growing fast and doing cool stuff. If you are an A-player with the right skills and mindset, you'll have room to grow with us and help shape what we're doing. This is a fully remote position open to candidates in all U.S. states. Responsibilities: • Own and manage a varied caseload of business immigration matters, including O-1, L-1, H-1B, EB-1A, EB-1C, E-2, EB-5, and PERM, among others • Work collaboratively with and help lead a growing team of attorneys and legal support staff in a non-hierarchical structure where what matters most are good ideas, not job titles • Draft legal briefs, support letters, RFE/NOID responses, and other persuasive memoranda in complex cases • Litigate immigration-related delay and APA actions in federal court • Work closely with clients throughout the case lifecycle, from initial consult through case completion Qualifications: • Is licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Has practiced U.S. immigration law for 3+ years, with a substantial focus on business immigration • Writes beautifully • Fluent in English and Spanish, no exceptions • Is genuinely excited about our core values and approach to immigration practice • Can oversee most business-immigration case types from start to end, with minimal direction, and figure out anything they haven't mastered yet • Can comfortably handle O-1, E-2, and L-1 matters from end to end • Is capable and interested in managing and coaching other members of our team Compensation: $115,000 - $135,000 yearly
