Qualifications: • MINIMUM 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE PRACTICING IMMIGRATION. • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership (or eligibility). • Fluency in English and Spanish required. • Strong advocacy, case management, and leadership skills. • Growth mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, expanding firm. • Business-minded spirit — you take ownership and deliver results.
