Description:
We seek an Immigration Attorney to join our growing law firm in Glendale, California. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual interested in developing a career in immigration law. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Spanish and strongly desire to advocate for clients navigating the complexities of U.S. immigration law.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-person client consultations to assess immigration needs, and provide legal guidance.
• Represent clients in immigration court and at USCIS interviews in all 50 states and jurisdictions.
• Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and legal briefs.
• Prepare and submit immigration applications and forms.
• Represent detained and non-detained clients at immigration hearings, bond hearings, and adjustment interviews.
• Manage case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all deadlines and legal standards.
• Maintain regular client communication, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
. Represent clients before the California Courts for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status.
• Frequent travel to court appearances, including out-of-state travel and client meetings as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bar Membership: active member of the California Bar.
• Experience: 0-2 years of immigration law experience (recent law graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply).
• Language: Must be fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
. Education: Juris Doctor (J.D)

• Strong oral and written advocacy skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Compassionate, client-focused approach to legal services.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in immigration law (internships, clerkships, or law school clinics).
• Familiarity with EOIR and USCIS procedures.
• Experience working with diverse communities and vulnerable populations.
Additional Information:
• This is an in-person role at our Glendale office.
• Occasional travel may be required for court appearances or client meetings.

Salary:
$85,000-95,000 Annual Salary
