At our growing immigration law firm, you’ll have the resources and support to thrive, including: • Your own office suite with a stunning window view (Or Work From Home Option)A dedicated legal assistant and paralegal team to assist with case management and preparation • Option for Hybrid/Virtual SchedulingA collaborative, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment • Opportunities for growth to Managing Attorney Base Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience Bonus opportunities for top performers Paid Time Off Responsibilities: • Represent clients on immigration matters • Lead legal staff • EOIR Court Appearances for Master and Merits Hearings • Conduct client consultations, prepare them for interviews, and coordinate with external agencies • Draft motions, orders, judgments, and status updates as needed • Maintain client confidentiality and manage case files efficiently Qualifications: • JD Degree and License to practice in at least one US State • 3+ years of immigration law experience , including family-based immigration cases and employment-based cases • Experience with removal defense and litigation in Immigration Court • Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills • Ability to manage priorities independently , meet deadlines, and work under pressure • Ability to lead their own legal team Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
