Work Structure

• Onsite for the first 120 days to ensure strong onboarding and integration

• Hybrid flexibility available after initial ramp-up

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of immigration matters from start to finish

• Handle family-based immigration, humanitarian cases, and removal defense (depending on experience)

• Prepare and file petitions, applications, and supporting documentation

• Represent clients in USCIS interviews and immigration court proceedings (if applicable)

• Provide strategic legal guidance and compassionate client communication

• Help build and shape the firm’s growing immigration practice

Ideal Background

• Licensed attorney in good standing (Washington Bar preferred; multi-state a plus)

• Experience practicing immigration law (family, humanitarian, or removal work)

• Strong organizational and client communication skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in long-term growth
