Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Associate Attorney at Seyfried Vicario, PC, located in Chicago, IL. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in family-based immigration and removal defense before the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).

Qualifications

• Legal Advice and Immigration Law skills
• Experience in conducting legal research
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) or LLM degree from an accredited law school
• Bar admission in any U.S. state
