    Immigration Attorney (Family-Based)

    Location: San Antonio or Dallas, TX (Hybrid options available)

    Practice Focus: Family-Based Immigration (USCIS + EOIR)

    What You’ll Do

    • Manage a caseload focused primarily on family-based immigration matters.
    • Prepare and submit filings with USCIS, DOS, and EOIR.
    • Handle EOIR appearances and hearings as needed.
    • Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure consistent client communication and case progression.
    • Maintain accurate case notes and file documentation.
    • Partner with other attorneys on case strategy and departmental initiatives.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, court staff, and immigration officers.

     

    What We’re Looking For

    • Licensed to practice law in the United States.
    • 1+ year of experience in immigration law preferred (open to strong newer attorneys with clear interest in immigration).
    • Experience with USCIS filings (family-based, asylum, waivers, etc.) and EOIR matters preferred.
    • Strong communication skills and ability to manage a high-volume docket.
    • Comfortable operating with autonomy while collaborating within established systems.
    • Client-first mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
