Responsibilities :

• Business immigration: H-1B's, L-1's visas; Alien Labor Certification (PERM), Greencards and Naturalization.
• Preparation of above petitions and applications under the supervision of paralegals and immigration attorneys
• Gathering documentation, validating information and preparing petitions for the USCIS
• Generating template notifications to clients and maintaining appropriate records

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree or Those Graduating Soon
• Microsoft Office
• Customer Service

Excellent verbal, written and thorough proofreading skills required.
