POSITION: IMMIGRATION LAW ATTORNEY

REQUIREMENTS (BOTH POSITIONS):

✓ Current, active license to practice law in any USA state.

✓ SPANISH FLUENCY PREFERRED (Speaking & Writing)

✓ Commitment to ethical practice

✓ Strong communication and client relations skills

✓ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

✓ 2+ years of experience in Immigration Law (deportation defense, work authorization, green cards, naturalization, TPS, asylum)

✓ Federal immigration law expertise

✓ Experience with USCIS, immigration courts, and immigration relief applications
