We are seeking a detail-oriented, reliable, professional, and tech-savvy paralegal or foreign-barred attorney to join our top-notch legal team in our Washington D.C. office. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, structured environment and takes pride in supporting impactful legal work alongside a dynamic, client-focused team.Applicants must reside within commuting distance of Washington, DC, and be able to report to the office a minimum of two days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Required Education, Skills & Experience
Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience required. Foreign law degrees are welcome.
Fluency in English and at least one other language is required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Independent worker with sound judgment, accountability, and professionalism.
Comfortable learning and utilizing legal technology platforms and adapting to new systems.
Strong drafting, writing, and document review skills.
Experience preparing and reviewing immigration forms and supporting documentation.
Immigration law experience strongly preferred.
