Immigration Paralegal
Growing Immigration law firm seeking an experienced paralegal with at least five years’ experience in immigration law (supervisory experience a plus).

Responsibilities and Duties
- Law and immigration research for the development of legal arguments
- Draft, review, prepare, and submit legal documents (motions, depositions, etc.)
- File documents with courts
- Case file management
- Client consultation and interviews
- Summarize cases and prepare reports for attorneys
- Oversee paralegals and legal assistants in office
- Organize and archive the documents related to completed and ongoing cases
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in employment-based immigration
- PERM, E-2/1, L1, EB-2/3, EB-1(c), AOS and familiarity with other family-based types of cases
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little oversight
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience in a supervisory role managing other paralegals and legal assistants
- Knowledge of legal software
- Excellent English written skills
Job Type: Full-time in office
- Schedule 8am - 5pm
- Excellent work life balance
- Must be able to work in office on location in San Antonio, Texas
Compensation:
- $23-$25/hr (depending on experience)
- Plus incentives to reach $27+ per year
