    Vasquez Law Firm PLLC is seeking a qualified and experienced Immigration Supervisor to oversee and support the legal operations of a growing immigration law firm. This leadership role ensures high-quality service delivery, team performance oversight, and regulatory compliance within a fast-paced legal environment. Employer: Vasquez Law Firm PLLC Work Location: 1111 E Amelia St, Orlando, FL 32803 This is an on-site position Salary The employer will pay at least the prevailing wage of: $99,466 per year Responsibilities: • Support the daily operations of the legal team • Oversee and balance caseload distribution among attorneys and paralegals • Monitor case deadlines, workload capacity, and case complexity • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) • Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports • Develop and maintain training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Conduct onboarding and training for new legal staff • Supervise paralegals, legal assistants, interns, and junior attorneys • Conduct quality control reviews and compliance audits • Ensure adherence to U.S. immigration regulations and firm standards • Integrate policy updates into internal processes Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree required. Field of Study: Master of Laws (LL.M.) from a U.S.-accredited law school AND a foreign law degree. Experience: • Minimum 5 years (60 months) of overall legal experience, which may include legal employment, self-employment in a legal capacity, or accredited experiential learning • Minimum 6 months of supervisory or managerial experience overseeing legal staff Required Skills: • Fluency in English and Spanish (both required) • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration procedures (EOIR, USCIS, court systems) • Legal research, writing, and document review skills • Experience supervising and training legal staff • Familiarity with legal case management systems (e.g., Clio, Docketwise, LawLogix) Compensation: $99,466 per year
