Job Summary :
Impac Exploration Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our Sales team. This hybrid role focuses equally on managing existing accounts and acquiring new business within the assigned geographic market of Oklahoma and Colorado. The Account Executive will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction. The candidate must live in either Oklahoma City or Denver. This position reports directly to the Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform thorough and accurate account research and stakeholder mapping to identify new business opportunities within the assigned market.
- Achieve continued growth with existing accounts through the development of long-term business relationships.
- Meet with key corporate-level decision-makers and influencers to discuss project goals, progress, and outcomes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and other internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects and delivery of services.
- Organize regular client meetings to ensure excellent customer service and stay up to date on additional needs for future projects.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and bids to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while adhering to company policies and profitability targets.
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Deploy creative, out-of-the-box thinking and ideas that deliver sales results.
- Achieve and/or exceed qualified opportunity quotas to reach sales objectives.
- Report and record all sales activity in a CRM system.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of the oil and gas sector, including industry trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
