Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 9 weeks

• Start Date: 4/14

• Hours: 36hrs/ wk (3x12)

• Shift: 7p-7:30a

• Regular Rate: $15.28/ hr ($550/ wk)

• OT Rate: $38/ hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $850/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,400

• *$300 Completion Bonus*

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 1+ year(s) of LTC/Rehab LPN experience required

• BLS required

• Unencumbered WV or Compact LPN license required
