Contract & Compensation Details

• Contract Length: 13 weeks

• Start Date: 5/6

• Hours: 40hrs/ wk (5x8)

• Shift: 2:45p-11:15p

• Floating: Required within your scope of practice

• Regular Rate: $12.95/ hr ($518/ wk)

• OT Rate: $45/ hr

• Non-Taxed Travel Stipend: $1,162/ wk

• Gross Weekly: $1,680

Qualifications and Education for the Contract LPN:

• 3+ years of LTC LPN experience required
  

• Previous travel experience and experience in a small/rural facility highly preferred

• IV cert preferred

• BLS required
