    JOB TITLE (#1551):Registered Nurse / Unit Manager - Jersey City, NJ

    Minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience

    Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to fill an opening with a long-term care and sub-acute facility located in Jersey City, New Jersey

    Requirements of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

    • Must have a bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
    • Must have a current state nursing license
    • Must have a minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in acute care or hospital setting
    • Must have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team
    • Must have experience with electronic medical record systems (Point Click Care)
    • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
    • Must have flexibility to work various shifts as needed
    • Must be able to relocate before starting to work

    Benefits of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

    • The salary for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 / yr

    Schedule of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

    • This is for a Full-time position
    • 8-hour shift
    • Day shift

    Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff
    • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing team members
    • Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
    • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
    • Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
    • Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff
    • Handle any escalated patient or staff issues in a professional manner
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
