    Impact Selector International seeks a skilled Accounts Receivable Associate for our Corporate Office, located near Rockwall, Texas. This position will provide financial, administrative and clerical services including ensuring accuracy and efficiency of operations, processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.

    Responsibilities

    Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures

    Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts receivables’ data

    Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits

    Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.

    Verify discrepancies by and resolve clients’ billing issues

    Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients

    Generate financial statements and reports detailing accounts receivable status

    Qualification requirements

    High School Diploma or GED; Associates Degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred

    1-3 years accounts receivable

    Knowledge of general accounting principles, regulatory standards and compliance requirements

    Ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records

    General math skills

    Proficiency in MS Office 365 and SharePoint, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet programs

    High degree of accuracy, attention to detail and confidentiality

    Excellent data entry skills

    Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills

    Effective verbal, listening and written communication skills

    Effective organizational, stress and time management skills

    Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
