Operations Clerk
Impact Selector International, Houston, is looking for an energetic Operations Clerk to coordinate the flow of products, services and goods to and from our customers.
The position involves proper and timely integration of transportation, warehousing, inventory handling, packaging and security within our growing company's daily operations.
This position coordinates processes to achieve the effective distribution of goods. Communication and negotiation skills are important skills necessary in this role, as well as supply management principles and practices. Candidates should have great record-keeping abilities and a customer-oriented approach.
Our team goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations
Ensure premises, assets and communication ways are used effectively
Utilize logistics IT to optimize procedures
Arrange stocking of raw materials and equipment to ensure they meet needs
Communicate with suppliers, customers etc. to achieve profitable actions and mutual satisfaction
Plan and track the shipment of final products according to internal quality requirements
Keep various records of warehouse stock, executed orders etc.
Prepare accurate reports for senior management
Two (2) years of logistics experience needed.
High regard for Quality Procedures needed
Local candidates
Knowledge of oil and gas wireline intervention products and services a plus
