Audit and process a high volume of invoices

Respond to inquiries concerning client and supplier accounts

Utilize the three-way match process for payables

Resolve invoice issues with suppliers and internal contacts

Prepare and maintain account aging and status reports

Verify and set up vendor accounts

Resolve discrepancies in purchase orders, invoices, or payments

Maintain accurate and organized accounting records in compliance with company, state, and federal requirements
