    Role Description: As an Administrative Assistant at Impact Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless office operations and delivering exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will encompass managing front desk activities, handling incoming calls, providing support to our sales representatives, organizing and maintaining documents, mail distribution, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position demands strong organizational skills, acute attention to detail, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, and the ability to efficiently multitask.

    Required Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent ● Some college preferred, but not required ● Previous experience in roles such as Associate, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary is highly desirable

    Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant at Impact Solutions: ● Utilize mathematical skills and demonstrate proficiency, with experience in expense report management preferred ● Proficiency in Outlook Mail (Office 365) & Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, Teams & OneDrive ● Quick adaptability to new computer systems and applications ● Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing professional phone etiquette ● Confidence in greeting guests and clients at the front desk ● Proactive problem-solving mindset with a propensity for suggesting improvements ● Familiarity with office supplies, inventory management, and procurement processes ● Understanding of intricate filing systems and organizational methodologies Impact Solutions ● Minimum 1-2 years of office experience with adherence to general office etiquette ● Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at multitasking ● Comfortable handling confidential information
