Job Description

Impact Staffing Group is looking for a Staff Accountant to join our clients team! They are a full service accounting firm in North Raleigh that focuses on providing accurate and timely information to assist their clients in making sound business decisions.

The ideal candidate would have the following experience:

· FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPING (not data entry) for construction companies and/or professional service providers (architects, doctors, dentists, attorneys, etc.)

· PAYROLL (within QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online)

· SALES TAX (NC and other states)

· ACCOUNTING DEGREE and a minimum of 4 years as a FULL CHARGE BOOKKEEPER

· EXTENSIVE knowledge and hands-on use of QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks Online (AR, AP, reconciliations, job costing, progressive invoicing, bank feeds, etc.)

· Experience working at an accounting firm (public accounting)

· Experience working with construction accounting
